Let’s face it. We’re never going to be satisfied with the technology we have and will always look to the future to see what comes next. The old adage – Necessity is the mother of invention - is totally irrelevant and outdated. Mobile technology is not being reinvented, just customized to our variety of wants. It's a marketing game for the manufacturers to redesign and thrill their consumer base. And why not?

So what’s the next step? What’s next from mobile-dom? I don’t know about you, but here’s a list of handsets I’m looking forward to seeing and of course reviewing.

I’m quite eager to get a hands-on experience with the Android OS. To be honest I’m not really specific about the handset though the I7500 could just make it here a lot sooner than any others. It has an OLED display, 8 Gigs of internal memory, Wi-Fi and a 5 megapixel camera. The camera will also support geotagging since the handset is equipped with GPS. The fluidity of the operating system and overall functionality for customization of the interface should be quite something. Will it be completely finger friendly as the iPhone or require certain aspects to be accessed with a stylus? I hope I get the chance to figure that out soon
